Terms & Conditions

By Purchasing one of my graphics you agree to abide by my terms &
conditions regardless of whether or not you have read them.

You must have No Right Click and Disable Image Toolbar active on the
page you display my graphics ... If you don't have these codes then please
email me and I can let you have them.


At this moment in time I only accept payments via PayPal
This may be in the form of
Credit/Debit card payment
PayPal Balance Transfer
or
PayPal ECheque
I cannot accept Money Orders so to avoid embarrassment please don't ask


You need to have a website in order to purchase my premades - Sig tags
are exempt from this as most people use them in emails.


If you don't have a website then please mail me with your reason for
wanting one of my premades and how you intend to use/display it.


Once I have received Your order ... I will email you and ask for details of
Your site ... ie ... Name and URL ... once I receive these I will send your
graphic to you.
 

Please don't offer ANY of my graphics for resale - They can be offered as
LINKWARE adoptables if you have an adoptions shop.

Do Not alter any of my graphics in any way - They are sold as seen


Do not use my graphics to create stationery or websets etc


Please make sure you email me the correct information for tags that you
want personalised - There are no refunds for errors on your part.


There will only be either 1 or a very limited number of each premade
graphic available


A link to http://snowdropscribbles.com is compulsory on every page that
you use my graphics, this can either be a text link or by use of the
certificate that comes with some of them.  I will be checking this
periodically - Of course if you offer my premades as LINKWARE adoptables
on your own site then it is only on Your site that I expect the link :)


Do NOT remove my initials from the graphics .... they are there to stay ... after
all it was ME who drew them ... right ?
